Cancellation terms
I have been fully informed of what hypnotherapy entails and understand that success in treating my problem is not guaranteed and relies on my co-operation with the therapist who is treating me.
I agree to pay the fee to the hypnotherapist, Debi Hall, before the session commences, at least 48 hours in advance.
48 hours’ notice should be given in the event of cancellation by the Client. If sessions are cancelled within this time a 50% charge will be incurred and if cancelled within 24 hours, 100% of the fee will be charged, unless the hypnotherapist agrees that the reasons are unforeseen and supporting evidence is shown.
I agree to attend all sessions with the exception of the above-mentioned paragraph.
I understand that the recommended number of sessions may change and any changes will be agreed between me and my hypnotherapist.
By not attending without giving suitable notice to the Hypnotherapist, I will pay the full session fee.
In the event that I decide to cancel all future agreed sessions, I will notify the hypnotherapist one week in advance unless something unforeseen arises.
I agree that there is no guarantee that my problem will be ‘cured’ but my hypnotherapist will do her upmost to help me.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sessions already taken place. There is no guarantee that hypnotherapy will work or that the client will be 'cured'.

Refunds of any monies paid will only take effect if more than 48 hours' notice of cancellation is given prior to a session.
